Log into your ACAJU account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they remain safe during transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule a Pickup
For larger furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier pickup at your convenience, while smaller decor items can be dropped off using a prepaid shipping label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
